It's worth the wait. i your going to run at RPM-let me know and I'll shoot you some set-ups to try. But-my set-up and Brian McGreevy's are almost identical.

The D1 seems to like to be run softer than youd think-even in high bite. and it carries tremendous corner speed.

Yeah definitely! I'm only running 50 wt oil all around in my shocks.

I am running my Novak setup with two changes, one of which will go back to the setup when the bite comes up. I'm running 2 degrees anti-dive (.030" shims under F block) and the outer hole on the front arm. I will go back to the inner hole on the arm to gain steering back when the bite comes up.

Brian,

YOu know Hodge always says he changes shock oil for the traction-and temp, but I am just too darn lazy and I HAte building shocks. I am not even quite 100% sure whats in my shocks now, but they feel pretty good. I think I have a mouse in my left front shock though.

Hey-I remember telling you 50/50 oil was dialed months ago and you were like-"no-way-60/40" hahaha!!! SO now what do you think?

Anyways-good luck at Trackside if your going.

50/50 is pretty awesome! I didnt think it would be so good! I think there's other things that you can do than changing shock oil for traction. My final setup at novak was 50/50 and it was quick.

Ya a couple months ago I would've though 50/50 would be too twitchy, but the #3 front piston and #2 rear make it feel REALLY good!

And ya i'm going to USTC #4, thanks!

And the best thing is at a big race if your plowing a bit-you can just up the front shock package up 10 or 20wt-no other changes needed to unsettle your set-up.

I'm sitting 13th overall in Stock Foam after the third round (will be fastest round, anyway, although it is possible i could go faster tomorrow morning). The field is TIGHT...making the A is definitely a feat. Feeling pretty good though, car is very good, decent HP. I'll post a final setup after I get back home tomorrow, doubt it'll change, though.
