I got to test the prototype stock and 19 turn for the past few months. The stock is comparable to a VERY good Blue motor but has more wattage and more RPM with about the same torque. I has ran well in every car I tried it in (12th road, TC, Oval).

The 19 turn is in between the new Orion and a KD Hemi as far as RPM go and has about the same wattage as the KD and torque of the Orion. Its really the best of the two motors together. It seems to run cooler than both and last a lot longer between rebuilds.

Both motors are super easy to work on as the brush hoods dont move around and the brushes fit good in the hoods and dont shift. I think the guys that are still running brushed motors will really like these!

Wow, an endbell cooling fan for the stock motor? That's pretty cool...

I'd like to see a picture of the brushes and endbell. Any clue when it will be released?

Wow... it's weird to hear...

Is this the first time a brushed motor in R/C has used an internal fan? I wonder how it will affect the motor's sound? The Feigao brushless motors have a very distinct sound because of their internal fan.

Very cool. I don't even bring my iron anymore so the brushes are nice with the eyelets for screwing in. Will these run like V2 types where they seemed to last forever between rebuilds? Especially in 1/12th.

MVP still coolest looking motor ever outside of maybe the Hellfire!

No. The Kyosho "Mad Science" series had internal fans as well as the Titan motors on the E-Maxx. The "Mad Science" were machine wound mods raning from 14 to 17 turns. They use the big com and 5X5 brushes. I still have some.

Isn't there a silver can motor (Not Johnson or Mabuchi) that also has an internal fan?

how much did the internal fan blades tack on to the price?

i dunno why the don't just get ahead of the curve and put bearings in it (stock) for next years rules..

Reedy had mod motors maybe 10-15 years ago where the armature segment on the top was bent on each side to make sort of a fan. I think they were called the Sonic series but I could be wrong on that. I do remember they had a bigger comm though.
