Got another question guys

Is there a big difference in performance between the 21.5+lipo combo verses the 27t brushed and 4 cell combo? the reason i ask is because i have a tekin fx pro esc and a trinity co27 motor. If i run that combo will i be getting blown away by the lipo brushless guys?

It's an oh no not again.

Plain and simple, if you know what you're doing with motors and have good packs yes you'll be fine.

All the 21.5/lipo does is allow guys like me to keep up with the guys that know what their doing with 27t/NiMh as long as the driving was equal.

Guys....Noobie....Here whats the difference between uptravel and droop? and how is it I read about guys setting there droop above ride height? does that mean if my ride hieght is 5 my droop is 6.5 if my droop is 1.5....Does that mean I use droop blocks and set my arm at hub on my droop guage and it should be at the 6.5 mark? I am alittle confused......What is a good amount of droop? Also if my car is loose or lifting a tire in fast corners can droop fix this? any help is appericiated.....By the way I have a setup book on order...

Your droop is 1.5 if the tires lift off at 6.5mm and you run 5mm ride ht.

You need to confirm your settings on droop blocks after you use the "over ride height" method. So after you are done with the above, take the tires off and put it on blocks to see what it measures. Then you have a reference point. 1.5mm droop = 7 or whatever.

Droop can help the things you mentioned but not in all cases. Sometimes it will be hinge pin heights or springs or camber. Too little droop can make the car spin out or push. If your lifting a tire, it's probably other things.
