I like the hyper drive better cause you can tuck the battery in under the top deck.....If you run SMC the xray kit is probably the best way to go...If it were me I would just let the pack kick out a little in the back rather than have it sit way out there like that.....I can see this will probably be on the 2010 version the battery tray will be milled into the chassis so you can put a PPD or hyper dive or more likely an XRAY plate in there to balance...

Thanks for the explanation! Added the X-Ray kit to the list.
Although I admit I like the Hyperdrive tray a lot better.

Now.. anyone can explain what I'd get by changing the transmission ratio from 1.7 to 1.9? I guess it will loose some low-end and gain more mid/top-end therefore making the car easier to drive? Also this would be good for really large tracks (Open mod)?

Why? It is not available for sale yet, or no one stocks it yet?

When is the next T2 (2010) scheduled to be released? Late 09 or 2010?
Any suggestions on which servo, brushless ESC/Motor I should get? I will be running open mod. KO Porpo servo, LRP esc/motor perhaps?
