Same here. Now I can't view any set up's. I just wanted to recheck some oneway set up's but looks like I'll have to go at it on my own. At one time all of Hara's set up's were taken off for some reason.

Looks like Scotty will be the sole picture person for us

The problem is the whole world wants to see photos. The site is fine other times of the day, just not after an update.

Ok, SMC introduces 40A matching but what are those cells? IB4600?

I don't remember seeing thier and ProMatch cells on the IFMAR list. So you have to do what you have to do.

Default Live Audio and Video!!

Live audio and video are up and running now thanks to LiveRC.com, and Scotty dragging a video camera halfway around the Earth!!!

The next round of practice will start at 11pm central US time(12 noon in Bangkok).

No scoring right now, they are working on a way to split the scoring loop so that it can be uploaded to the LiveRC server, but video and audio are up.

A warning though, for some of us out there, the A/V is about 7-10 minutes behind....not bad if you consider that it has to go to space first!!!

So log on and enjoy!!

This is a strange worlds... seems to be a bit all over the place, no organised coverage, not much build up or hype at all. Is the state of the world economy really affecting this worlds..

On another note; Serpent? Are they running any cars, Billy Easton etc? The team at the euros looked good to run at the worlds, but has not eventuated?

Things are definately different from previous worlds. Look at the last couple of large events??? None of them came close to selling out. Things will get better but for now it is what it is. Hopefully 09 things start to get better all around and not just in RC.

Question to Scotty, ( or others at the race)

Lots of pictures have been uploaded to internet with pictures of drivers gluing their tires.

What is this all about? Are they all using one brand of foams? or is there some other reason?

I would guess it's a re-glue....premounts sometimes need it and I'd guess at the "worlds" level those guys take no chances or overlook that type of detail...
