Actually that new protoform civic body looks like it has great lines. Hopefully it will be used instead of the stratus by some people.

That new Protoform Civic does look really nice.

I just wish that HPI would convert some of their great looking 200mm bodies to 190mm. It seems they make their best looking bodies on for their gas cars.

because most people don't care what they run on their gas car. so everything sells, unlike electric (stratus stratus stratus)

I have noticed that too. The gas car people seem more interested in veriety. Mustangs, Celicas, Corvettes, Lamborginis(sp?), Ferraris, and everything else. I like it!

Unfortunatly I don't that would work because alot of people run the hpi stratus body and there is no way hpi would dump something that is making them money. There will be more 190mm bodies coming soon, hpi makes heaps off the ele rs4 owners and I doubt they will forget about you.

I have actually asked HPI why they make all their best looking bodies for the gas cars first. They didn't say why, just that that is where they start and if there is enough interest, THEN they move them to 190mm. Theres alot more electric sedans out there than gas, so I don't understand that strategy. But, thats their choice. I just like their bodies because they have almost as much detail as Tamiya, have a decal sheet almost as big as a Tamiya and come with an oversrpay film.

HPI Nitro cars are generally more popular then the HPI electric cars. The BB even shows it. The Nitro forums there are more populated then the electric forum.

haha... but seriously.. I don't think as many people race the Pro3. Most people went from the Pro2 to the TC3 or other cars. I don't think the pro3 had the big impact HPI hoped for.

Then look at the Nitro cars. Almost everyone thats "starting out" in nitro gets a Nitro RS4. It is simple & easy to understand. After that they move on to Mugens, serpants & ect..
