JDXray - This year I have prefered the feel of the Alpha bodies. I've tried nearly all of them but I still come back to the Alpha. I would consider upgrading to the Evo2 or the Factory Kit. Especially in the factroy kit - there has been a lot of revisions that really inmprove the car's performance.

Ray - Thanks and let me know how it works...

Ozwald - I use the fixed pistons...

blr - 10t - 96/21, 19t - 96/25, stock - 93/25 - Gearing will change depending on track so these are general starting points... Front droop on the Xray will decrease on-throttle steering...

TRL - The C12 is out and we've already been shipping kits.

Josh, With all your experience have you ever thought about how a steering servo feeds the turning force it applies or maybe the resisting force that comes back through the linkage to the chassis? The Xray has their servo mounted front to back and the TC3 has theirs mounted side to side. Both are great cars but I know how much you like to build your own cars and was wondering if you ever considered those forces in any of your designs ? Thanks !

jag88 - Nope, never thought about that one. I think it's such a minor thing we would hardly even notice it.

Alex - What up? Things here are FINALLY warming up!! Time to head outdoors with the rubber tires and the gas cars!! Are you coming to the Reedy Race??

Josh- I see that you have 3 in the front and on the other side 3 in the back, Have you tried it regular? Where it is 3 on one side and 3 on the other. Also have you tried a 6 cells on one side? And which do you prefere.

Thanks

Jon

Default diff gear

Josh....you had every other tooth off the front diff at the nats...I know you said with mod you could not do the rear or you would snap belts. For stock racing, is it beneficial to do one or both of the gears and what are the gains....any negatives to it?

thanks

Alex - I get there tommorow so I'll see ya there - I have no clue on the pitting at the race!! I guess we will find out!!

Evicerator - Hu??..lol.. I dunno... Why do they??

JDXray - I have tested it in every configuration. All 6 on one side isn't possible as the car's weight balance is very bad then (yes, I've tried it!!). I prefer the batteries how I run them now...

Joneser - I couldn't notice a difference on the track. I thought I could notice a very minor amount when I was spinning the trans on the bench... Stock, I don't think it would hurt but in mod you will definatly break rear belts...
