Default Chassis

Josh

I was just wondering what chassis you used at the nats..looking at your set-up you said you have the batts up on one side and I thought the new stiff one only had 6 slots so i assume you are using the stock factory kit chassis.. any help would be great

How is the 1/12 coming along did you have troubles this weekend with the car as i see you didn't make the show..still testing stuff perhaps?

thanks!!

Josh, congrats man. I wasn't able to come down to see ya run but I hear there was some really good racin goin on.

Okay, now that the obligatory congratulations are out of the way. Let talk real racin'. What you got in that WRX. Do you think that my slow little german clunker can hang with the likes of you. You got to ride in mine with a burnt out clutch. Now that there's a new and improved one in there, it is slightly faster. Dinan estimates mine at about 425hp.

Hmmm, but your awd might be a big advantage. Mine weighs 3000lbs. That's without my fat butt sittin in the drivers seat though.

Actually, I would just like to know about your car. Big cars interest me more than little toy cars. e-mail me if ya want to respond there. You should still have it. I'm on your site too.

Talk to ya later brotha,

Tim

Josh, do you think the Factory Xray is far superior to a converted Evo 2 with short arms? Because it seems like the factory kit just has slightly different, lighter bulkheads and some lightened drivetran components. A converted evo would seem just as raceworthy with the short arms, low ratio pullies, and a stiffer chassis. BTW was your chassis stiffer than a stock evo2? Thanks for your input.

Josh,

What an awesome way to end the carpet season. I am happy for you. You've been through a lot this season. You deserve bro.

Just wish I could have been there to see it!
