AMGRacer - I will be running the new 1/8 car in Brisbane but I am not sure if I will be running Nitro Touring also.....
Run the tourer!!

Who are you sponsored by with Kyosho? Japan or the US? Just wondering since Kyosho in the US apparently has a fairly poor/low presence excepting the MP 7.5..............

Hit the ground running Josh and straight to the track!!
You will find that Brendale is Austarlias best facility and is up there with the very best tracks in the world, Fast and Technical.
We have in Oz a JP sponsored driver who has travelled europe the last 12 months and he has stated this.
Most of the drivers will head to the Go-Kart track Monday to hack each other if they don't have to much of a hangover.
I hope you enjoy your stay in Brisbane (Brizvegas) Queensalnd, Beautiful one day PERFECT the next.

You can keep track of Josh's progress on our club website and Myrcworld.
Club Website :- http://qrccra.no-ip.org/index.html
Myrcworld :- www.myrcworld.net

Cya at the track Wednesday
Cheers
Rob

SNIP
There's a brand new Kart Track at Archerfield but it's about 40 minutes from the track

Though with the split qualifying (Tourers in the morning 8th and 235mm in the arvo) if your only running 8th there would probably be time to go and have a run. It's supposed to be a fantastic track with proper racing karts not these namby pamby rental ones.

Josh grid listings / timetable can be found at the clubs website at
http://www.qrccra.org.au in the forum under the club thread.

Cheers Alastair

I just realized that the firs time I read this post I was looking at a trinity ad in RCCA where they were talking about their star driver, Josh Cyrul.

Who do we have here ?

Josh, Barry, Mike Blackstock. ... I am sure there are more.
I'd be more than happy to do it if they were up for it.

Although, sometimes when you start forums/threads like that, people get really demanding. Joe Schmoe comes in and asks Driver X a question about the Nitro TC3, for example, and when he doesn't have a response in 8 hours, he posts about how much Driver X sucks and won't answer his question. In other words, sometimes being in demand isn't all that it's cracked up to be (especially when you travel as much as these guys do).

It's great to have pro-level people in our sport on here participating in the discussions, but we don't want to scare them off.

futureal,

Your buddy big jim is pissing and moaning because Josh decided to come here rather than going there. lol.

one last point, big jim is a moron,he started a topic a long time ago where anything could be discussed as long as it was rc related. i started questioning him on conflicting stories from him and he booted me after i made him look like a fool and posted how he had lied to people several times.

Josh-sorry it had to come down to that but it's nice to see someone stand up for their beliefs nowadays. good luck with everything
