The CEFX site's looking good Josh, although it's rctech.net, not rctech.com

I know there's no 12th scale at the Novak race, but if you'd like to get some better looking photos online of the C12, feel free to bring it along and I'd be happy to take them and put them up. I'm kind of embarassed that my other batch didn't turn out so well, I was still figuring out the camera.

John - I'm soooo sorry... I will reply to your e-mail asap!!

TRF_SPAIN - Send it again please...

eklips - Use a thicker front roll bar, less castor, harder compound front tire (don't confuse this with using a harder insert!!)....

futureal - I'll get the .com changed to .net...lol... Sorry!! I should have my sample parts soon. If I get all of them in time I'll throw a car together so you can have pics of the production ride....

Pace72 - I think the Double Pink's are better - more forward bite and traction but with the softer rubber it almost seems like the tire is more forgiving so it's the same or easier to drive!!

429racer - I'm not really sure. About 75% of the kit is on it's way and there are just a few things we have to wrap up after the New Year. I'm hoping to have everything here by January 16th so we can get things packaged and kits out before the Snowbirds.... You never know though - I hope it all happens without any major issues...

TPhalen - www.cefx.net - Go to contacts and e-mail me there!!

Pace72 - If Jack and Danny will let me in I will be!!!...

hi josh,

i tried asking this on the 12th scale thread, but i got no reply. OK, i know your not driving for trinity anymore but can you remember this...

I need to get my SB2002 up to 6.75" rear width, but i dont know what shims to use on the rear axle. when rc car action did an article on you 2001 clevland 1/12 mod car, i noticed you'd flipped the left hub over to widen the rear, but what shims did you use? it looks like 0.150" either side but can confirm this.

oh, and how will we be able to get hold of your CEFX 12th car? through your website? i need one bad! any plans for a TC?

thanks, see you at the snowbirds!

Default motor

hello josh....

what modified motor do you recommend for this track:

the lap record for modified is 12.270s running rubber tires and sedan body, BUT AT THIS RACETRACK THE DRIVERS WERE RUNNING UP TO 2400NICD CELLS, THE RULES RESTRICT NIMH BATTS, then i think running 3300nimh batteries the lap times will down to 11.xxx seconds, i will run 3300 batts because on june 2004 the brazilian eletric 1/10 championship will be held at this track and we can run nimh 3300 batts.......
i think a 8x2 or 9x2 would work great, but i have some doubts, specially motor wind and springs....
i would like to run a fantom motor, i also don't know about choose B, K os P series......

please help me....

thanx.....

Hey Josh,

I never knew you are in Farmington Hills. That is really close to me. Do you go to any tracks around to practice? If so, I'm just curious as to where you go.

Thanks in advance,
etzkev
