It wouldn't surprise me if TRC's are rebadged GRP's...

Long long ago...there were TONS of RC companies..a volume that is only matched today by the billions of battery matchers.

TRC was its own company and had its own product lines. I bought my first floating pod pan car back in 92, it was a Composite Craft Predator Lynx II Elite....but by the time my kit arrived...TRC had acquired Composite Craft...so TRC was affixed at the beginning...

Then Trinity bought TRC...and every other company under the RC sun it seems..

I'm sure Josh can shed more light on the growth of Trinity through acquisitions if he chooses to do so...

Jsut remember..just because it's a different company doesn't mean it's a different proiduct. Look at the Apex and Integy chargers as an example.

I'm not sure about the wheels, but TRC foam is definetly from GRP.

The 2003 Canadian Champs are in the history books and what an amazing race it was.

Results will be posted soon at www.hondahouse.com (click the RC-motorsports link then the Forums link to view)

Josh's new body proved to be the real deal in this race. Jeff Beaule (with the CEFX body) came in second only to Wayne Vince in the ROAR A-main. Prior to this weekend his best run was 34 laps, he ran 37 laps in the A-main!!!

In the 19-T mod class Scott Smithers and Eric Matosuk gave and amazing show swapping positions back and forth with Eric taking the win!!!

Many thanks to John Elliot (Track owner) for putting on this race, it was a snap shot of what's to come at the Cleavland race.

Hi Josh, quick question on the xray car you'll be driving.
Will you get the pivot/c-hub ? If you choose either one, please tell me why.
Thanks.

Echo - Look for pics of the new bodies on here in another day or two....

Darryl - Sounds good...

Tim - Work too hard?? Yeah, riiiighhtt....lol

Luis -

Ray - Cool, glad to hear it was a help!!

David - Thanks!!

LOSI KID - I am running Fantom motors with SMC batteries!! Also, all of TRC's tires are mafe by GRP - GRP makes the tires for Trinity to sell under the TRC name... GRP is it's own company in Italy and is not owned by Trinity... The wheels, the rubber are all from GRP...

Jeff - Just have Troy call me. If the armatures are in I would like to come test with them!!

ddesros2 - Thanks for the info!!!

redsand - I have no clue...lol.. I just recieved my stuff from Xray so I have to cut the box open and see what I have!!!

I saw the body this past Tuesday and knew the picture was taken...I didn't want to post anything on it though until the bodies either started showing up, or Josh let the cat out of the bag.

Then again...I guess there's not much secret anymore...since the LHS and 12th scale race track has posted on their message board on Nov 15th that they have the bodies in STOCK!

A friend of mine ran one at the Canadian Champs this past weekend and was very impressed with how it handled....giddy as a matter of fact!

Yeah, we have 3 different arms to try in 12th for ya. I'll have him call you tomorrow or Wednesday. We probably won't get there till about 5pm or so. Nick doesn't open till 4pm anyways.

Oh.. and your comment about my radio from 1932 is taken care of. Just need to figure out how to use a Helios....
