Josh,

I happened to be at meeting today with a couple of VP's
(they needed someone to kick around) one of them was telling me that the guy driving the R/C car was a National Champion.

He was all impressed, hope you had fun. I hear you got to hang out with Dieter, pretty cool guy for a CEO isn't he?

Ted

David - Actually, I don't......

kid - Well, Angel is my wife... I named our cat Halo because every Angel needs a Halo... and I couldn't find a name that wasn't taken that I liked for the hobby shop when the cat jumped up on the keyboard.... Halo Hobbies....

Greg & Brian - Leave it to you guys to have all the info. I've tried to check for it and I haven't seen anything anywhere about the auto show stuff...lol...

Mr. Arnold - Thanks!!!

Ted - lol... Dieter is waaaayyyy cool. He spent about 20 minutes talking to me about his r/c helicopters and his kids r/c cars and trucks. He was especially cool when I couldn't get the stupid truck to start during rehearsal... I was having a panic attack but I got it started and the end show result turned out pretty good.

Whats the normal turnound time for a couple of bodies ordered from your site? Just curious, I ordered a couple and wanted to use them at our FSEARA state race next weekend.

Thanks

Default Kyosho V-One RRR WC

Hey Josh,
You don't have to wait a couple of weeks to find out what's on the new V-One RRR WC version. It's been announced on Radio Control Zone. Here's a link:

http://forums.radiocontrolzone.com/s...d.php?t=187106

Looks like your guess about the extras on the kit was accurate.

FYI

Default VFS-1 Pro

Josh,
Do you know if the power capacitor and/or the Schotzki diode are absolutely necessary on the VFS-1 if running stock or 19t touring car?
Thanks

Josh,
Could you give some insight as to what the effect swaybars. For instance... putting a bar only on the rear will typically reduce traction at that end of the car, thus making the car loose.

Also, when is a good time to use bars vs. stiffer springs?

Thanks for your knowledge,
E

Oh yeah, Are the new Courage bodies in full production Josh? Had a few folks come into the store asking about them, and would like to get a few in. You can drop me a line through the e-mail tab on the board if you like.

Ian

Josh,

Just wanted to say that I don't know you but from the many posts I have read of yours, I have great respect for you. It seems you are a worthy ambassador and have a good grasp on what is going on in the world of RC. Keep up the great work.

Josh

I have a question on traction rolling with the Xray FK

We have never had this much bite in our track before the grove is solid black yesterday while running 19t my car was great in practice using your Cleaveland setup and a few little changes for my liking. Went into qualifiying and flip right on the roof in the corners. I tried moving the shocks in on the towers, stiffer springs, I was running a different piston setup with 2-3 holes open 60 wt assoc oil in the front and in the rear 35 wt assoc with 4 open I tried a stiffer sway bar in the front and ran one in the rear also which I have never needed. The only thing that worked was going from pink tires to purples then the car settled down and stayed on 4 wheels but it was slower.

What do you do when this happens?

stiffen the car with camber link
change the shocks softer or harder

Thanks
Rodney
