Were HPI super F1's that good?Have a chance to pick one up at a decent price.
Some of the guys I race with are saying the car is outlawed--They don't look that much different except for the tires.They run F109's 104's 103's and the 109 is a link car.Were they that much better??

The Super F1 is basically an WGT car. You could actually race it in WGT with the right front bumper instead of the wing. That being said, the 1/10 pan car tires are an advantage in my book. I know it was smoother and faster than my 103 car in back to back runs on carpet.

Does anyone know where I can pick up some Tyrrell/Yamaha decal sheets?
D-Drive does not seem to have anything as well as RC-Mart and RC Market. I stumbled across a Japanese website quite awhile ago that had a ton of stuff but I can't remember their name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nobody except for Tamiya has made decals for the Tyrrell 023.Just about any 90s paint job will look good on the body if you cant find the proper 023 decals.
The Tyrrell 022 is a much simpler design if you print out your own decals.

I even got a local guy that does his own decals, happens to be a mod on here as well. Thanks again!

Brad, how the heck can you do such a nice job! It looks great. I have seen othe pictures from other racer's cars that you have painted, and they are all awesome. Can't wait to see some of these in person in a couple of weeks! Opening day at Lazer Speedway is coming up.
