Works fine - at least with my Yokomo YR-10.

I like them on low traction surfaces and general parking lot bashing. On high grip, totally unnecessary.

Had my first experience with Serpent/shepard's front wing this past weekend and what was said about the durability of it was true. A group of people bought the Shepard Velo F1 and started racing at the track, 3 of 5 people who were running that front wing had their wing break with minor crashes or running into the boards. Where as this other guy who was cartwheeling his F1 and was still able to drive away unscathed with the montech wing.

I have no experience of using a gyro as I only race on carpet, but Zen Racing has a demonstration video here

Anybody reading and writing here who's running a WRC f-one?

I just finished building my '016 and will work on the body after christmas.

As i'm new to F1 I was hoping to find some people who might share experience racing the same car.
Looking forward racing 21.5T outdoors so there's still left some time to prepare the car.

What's the handling difference in mounting a shorty battery longitudinally or transversely on a F1?

Could anyone give a hint on the best way to apply tire juice to F1 tires?

I have bought some corally juice 22 for asphalt/rubber.. it has no real instruction with it.. do you leave the stuff to settle in the tires for a length of time?

Thanks

There will probably be someone chime in that is smarter than I, but I sauce the tires about 10 minutes before the race (race on old gray carpet). On the rear, I leave on, but on the front I leave it on for a couple/three minutes and wipe off to clean/soften up the front tires.

Really the best way is to experiment a little. Good luck and have fun!
