I like the tuning haus part. Not sure about the TRG double bellcranks. Seems overly complicated for an F1.

Hi, Completely agree that this is too complicated for a F1. The more crap you
put on the steering and suspension the worst they handle. I use stock F104
front suspension with silver springs and have no problems with the way it handles or steers. Just a waste of money and of course it looks good.

I rather like the bell crank system on my SP1...It allows me to change ackerman without having to move the servo and is very smooth. I think this TRG one would be better had they mounted the ball studs horizontal so that you can add shims under them to change ackerman.

Some words on the VBC F1 chassis:
One guy at my track just got one. He set it up like the manual recommends and beat me on track (ETS-rules) right away! Before that I could "easily" set the pace for F1 with my F104v2. So the VBC not only looks good, but performs very good. Just one downside: the kingpins break easily. So get shock shafts, shorten them and use them as kingpins

Seeking some advice and problem solving for my F1.

TRF 101 with the Exotek front end. Car has developed a snap turn right and left with old tires, new tires, soft spring, hard spring, basically can't drive it even when tires heated up or especially not when cold tires.

It's been completely rebuilt from the ground up checking for tweak in body etc and motor pod and all is straight. Diff has been rebuild and all parts replaced. I've had other racers check the diff and it seems fine.

My setup is kit. Silver springs on links, 25wt oil in shock. I run outdoors asphalt on a large bumpy low traction track. We run Ride R1 tires, but even using Shimizu's 572 and 575 at night car is simply undriveable.

I'm a the stage of simply moving on but seeking thoughts around an approach to isolate the problem so that I can enjoy driving this car again.

yes, ran that early but changed to the exotek front end as the standard front end at our track had a habit of popping the ball cups. No need to worry about that with the exotek.

Try putting some spacers on the front axles between wheel and steering knuckle.

Also, check your camber/ camber rise. Driving on the inner edge of the tire makes the steering very sensitive.

Also check your caster. Too little will also make highly sensitive steering .
