Hi All,

Sneak peak of the new +3.5mm offset wheels for Shimizu F1 Tires. Brings the 104 to 190mm without the added weight.

And Shimizu tires glue right up with the help of the bead and lip.

ETA end of this month. Will be available in black or white set of four.

That looks intresting, what brand are they and what size of bearings do they need (i hope the 1050 size as i don't like the 850 bearings, they are to fragile).
I definately want some of these, where will these be available?

........and wishing that there will be an FGX version too. I am tired of modding it's wheels just to fit those slick tyres from Shimizu.

Thanking in advance Mike for this wish.

Thanks Mike. It's great to see new products for the F1 class - which means it's still growing and is garnering a good number of folks interested in the class. Looking forward to these + offset wheels (along with the Sweep F1 tires) for the upcoming season.

Thanks All!

This is a genuine Exotek produced wheel so once released I'll post up a link.

I have been working on it for awhile so happy to finally release it with all the key features it has.

If it does well then maybe we'll do a FGX wheel although if enough people asked I'm thinking 3Racing would make a Shimizu wheel.

Your wheel looks great, it has it all! Offset, vent hole, ribs and recesses in the right places to make mounting Shimizu tires easier and available in white! I like to be able to see my wheels.

Will order 4 sets as soon as they are available!!

Anyone interested in F1s answer to VTA? Check out www.VF1club.com. They race vintage wingless F1 cars with specially modified F104 upper arms that break away with contact! Check out the awesome bodies, too!!

Default Kimbrough 64p 82T differential balls

I'm in search of a proper set of ceramic differential balls for my Kimbrough 64p. I'm a bit confused on the size of ball that I am looking for since the stock differential balls were too small for the holes. Can someone please advise on the size?

You need to find 1/8 inch ball differential for kimbrough 64dp or 48 dp (3.14mm) , not standard 3mm tamiya.
