Just killed my ESC in a wet race last weekend. An old Nosram Dominator Power.

Here in DK we drive with silvercan motors so need a new ESC for a brushed motor with brake, but with one to get?
I can mostly find ESC for brushless motor or for brushed with reverse - no brake :-(

Well just about any of the BL ESCs can do brushed as well...but if you want a brushed only ESC I'd go with a Tekin FX. Super small and great little brushed ESC.

I would suggest a savox 1251 for a servo since its low profile or any low profile servo would do. I would think the 1313 is a little big. Any shortie would work.
Cool, I have a D3.5 13.5 in my buggy. You're right the 1313 is big, I just replaced it with a Savox 1257 (for my buggy). Maybe I'll get the Savox for the F1 car too. Thanks for the tip.

Gears: 93 Tamiya or 94-96 Kimbrough type 64 pitch for spur (need adapter for these) and 32-36 pinions will get you close, it's what I use anyway.

The rest you've got.
Have fun
Thanks, I will check out those motors too and get some gears ordered.

Wanted to share - great pic of my F104/F1R taken from last Sunday's racing that the club used to make a new advertisement for the upcoming race.

Well its not Big Al quality, but I do like the way my F104W looks with the new McAllister IndyCar body on it. Good fit too. Hopefully it will hit the track on Friday night this week.

At least you seem crazy talented and motivated! I love your work and would be really jealous that it looks so much better than mine, but I can run my body on track and say scratches make it look better xD

Really great work! Please get yourself a chassis and continue with your magnum opus as it is an enrichment for the RC F1 world.
