TRG seems to have 2 series, one is the Superions (TRG2300/2400) and the TRG2101/2 and TRG2201. How are the TRG2101/2 and TRG2201 compared to the TRG2300/2400? Are they worth the price differential?

They are worth every penny... I tried both... I've been using the TRG2101/2 and TRG2201 for a while and they are showing practically no wear... although I recently started playing with the TRG2300/2400 I can already notice a little wear... but man are they nice... If I had more knowledge I feel you could get even more performance from these tires by playing with the inserts... I'm running them stock with no tire tweak at the moment...

Part 2 of the series
bottom portion of the sidepods shot black

black fog around vodafone logo airbrushed and rest of body shot with spaztix chrome paint
remaining areas shot with Tamiya flourescent red and backed with white

outer film used as mask, cockpit shot black

assembled body, ready to be stickered

most of decal work complete
95% there, just in need of some cockpit detailing

finished body mounted to my 103

So I just shipped a McLaren body to the guy I painted it for and I thought I would share some pics of the process. The body used is the Chevron F108 using the 2008 McLaren decals from D-Drive

where can I buy a a f103? Rcmart seem to not have any in stock.
Also. I found a site called rcindycars.com. Do they acutally make kits or just upgrades? I haven't seen much about them on these forums.
Thanks

I ran my F103r two weeks ago at the Tamiya USA track with a 17.5 Novak and a 5400 checkpoint lipo on TRG Superion rubber tires. It was awesome! It took a while to get the diff set properly, but when I did the car was great. I was geared 93/25 (stock) and the car was just a tick slower than the silver can guys down the straight, but my car was much faster through the turns. With the 5400 lipo I ran off and on (while making adjustments to the car) for over 45 min. 3 other drivers drove the car and were impressed with the rubber tires.
The TRG tires come on very brittle wheels. Fred at Tamiya suggested the Tamiya rubber tire wheels for the F103 part #s 0445727 and 9335297.

Any chance of getting a Brawn GP body?
