Loving my ultra! Its unlike any f1 Ive had, so setup took a little to understand. First drive was mind blowing tbh. Go for it. I still want a crc maybe for carpet. I prefer cars that age well,
over new model every year.

The Ultra is a very good car, I've never run it on anything other than black carpet, but it has tons of rear grip which I know is lacking in some cars. The setup is different than conventional F1 cars and needs a little outside the box thinking, but it's not uber complicated. There are videos in the Ultra thread that show you how tune it and plenty of people that will help, much like any of the other brands.

Has anyone tried putting the six wheeler P34 steering assembly on a F104? Or know how much part compatibility there is between the F103 and F104?

I think it is able to bolt right on. I think the servo mount holes might be in the same spot on the F103 and F104 front part of the chassis. I could be wrong though.

Now you've got me thinking I should have done that since I'm not fond of the F103 rear end. Almost done building my P34.

Its an older picture, but the chassis in the middle is the P34 front suspension on a F104 v2, although it should bolt directly on to any F104. The stand up servo even fits under the P34 body!

Very nice! Didn't even think about using the servo mounts and standing it up. I did not like the way the current setup mounts the servo for the P34 by just taping the servo flat on the chassis.

The F103 chassis plate has the same holes. You could even just use the F104 servo mounts on the 103 and be done. F104 rear axle for the fully enclosed diff adjustments and youd have an F103.5 six wheeler.

How much longer before they hit store shelves? They look nice. Is the wheel dish cover part of the wheel? And what dimensions are the tire? Hopefully similar to shimizu

Yes but softer 33x compounds are coming in for carpet.

Does that mean the medium combo that's being released first, is best for asphalt?
