Default Super Stock or Budget Modified?

I've got to get a new 19T motor.

Would a Super Stock 19T or a budget modified be better?

Bearing in mind the Modified is 20 (Peak Griffin)
And the super stock is 34 (Corally Black Series)

Which would be better performance, by how much and is the 14 difference worth it?
And ill be racing on a quite tight carpet track but also on tarmac streets most of the time.

Please reply, the shop closes in an hour
Thanks.
