Doesn't the Nosram speedo come standard with HPI RTR cars like the Sprints? I have 2 Sprint 2s that came with the small red Nosram speedo and 17t motor. Check HPI, This is, if we are talking about the same seepo? If not, sorry bout that

Mirage are a distributor, to support the industry they don't sell direct.

Microtech Racing are one of the most well-known and trusted UK shops, they list the ISTC for 166.24 plus whatever shipping will be, which is about the cheapest in the UK.

http://www.microtechracing.com//prod...ED+CONTROLLERS

Its not in stock though, so I would have thought it'd be another few days for them to get it in from Mirage.

Yes is it really expensive to buy from the UK espcially if your from N. america. the other option you can try is find a shop in western europe, useally a bit cheaper then in the UK.

if you do buy from the UK contact the vendor derectly. as there is a 15%VAT sale tax. if your not from the European union, like Canada or the US. they useally omit it.

OK Guys, you know I like the Nosram too. How great would it be to have the red branded LRP products? But if you guys are seriously thinking about paying double for the same speedo because its red? Someone has left the lid off the Paragon.

How about this? Get a Tekin RS. It will match your Red chassis, out perform the Nosram and save you almost two hundred bucks.

If that doesnt make sense put the cap back on the Paragon and go get some fresh air.

That's a price you pay for being unique; it's also a good conversation starter at the races.

Anyway, I have a used 1 for sale. It's the ISTC which is the same as the TC sphere with fan and all. $120 shipped if interested.

Or you can dye the case black, and ano the heatsink black. Blacked out looked better then blue in my purple cars

I didnt have the cap back on. But you get the point. And it costs a lot less then a nosram. Or dye the case black, and a red nosram heatsink?

Only problem is that its easier to do on a SPX or something that doesnt already have a heatsink stuck to it. The one in the pics was a TC, throw it in the freezer and the thermal paste breaks. It worked for me because ive done it before on other ESC's, so I had more thermal paste to get it back on. works fine
