great. Looking forward to getting some use on the pack.

By the way, what do you recommend as far as charging, etc. for normal use and for storage?

Charge at 5.5 - 6.0 amps. For storage you want to keep the batteries capacity from about 1/2 to 3/4 of a full charge.

If you are serious, I dont even mess with them, I take them out of the freezin cold expedition and start charging

But it sounds something like what they ARE doing on another thread to get .02 more volts from theres
All I want to do is take good care of mine not cook breakfast with them.

And no I don't have your lipo's... yet... but your's are the next ones I'm getting.

Hey Russ,

I dont do anything special in the winter. I just charge them normally, sometimes I balance charge them. Ive tried discharging them before charging like we used to do with the NiMh's but this does nothing with a lipo pack. After racing a 5 minute race I stick them away, let them sit till next race, then I just charge them up normally. No special recipe here

Man are these batteries AWESOME period.
Things that you cannot beat:
#1- Price. 5300 28C ROAR approved Hard Case=90.00
#2-Looks. I'm really not too big on this but WOW.
#3-Customer Service. These guys actually answer e-mails in a timely fashion.
#4- Shipping and packaging. This is big for me because my postman thinks he's either a quarterback, pitcher, or punter.....take your pick.

Now to the Battery brace I ordered. VERY nice product, Fits my new batteries, my 4400 Common Sence, and my 4000 Red Case SMC. I ordered the PPD LiPo Plate, once I get that I can see this bracing helping me a ton. Right now I have to have my TC5 battery brace taped to my SMC to keep it from sliding into my belt.

Thanks again guys for such a great product. I'm looking forward to picking up some of the other cool item you have for the TC5.

Sean
