Got 2 sets of the Yeah Racing 3200mah lipo and they are very good after a few runs on the mini. I also got the another 3200mah pack which is roar approved. I believe it came from the same factory and rebranded with a different sticker then sent to roar for approval. I so far happy with both.

alan I bought 6 of the 3200 packs in may. all have performed just as good as my orion 3200 carbons.all 6 have been run in races and practice.my son and I run 5 vehicles on a race day between the 2 of us so the 8 lipo's we have(2 orion,6 yeah) get a workout every race day, and all 6 have charged and ran awesome since day 1, and show no signs of fade . each battery sees approx. 3-4 charge cycles a week since we have a practice track here at home.

I run the morl series( placed 3rd stock buggy , 8th mod truck for the season) some FTMS when I get the chance, washtenaw when I get the chance, mostly 1/12 in the winter @ hobby sports, toledo , or cefx(R.I.P.) Looks like i will be running at washtenaw this winter since hobby sports has pissed so many people off that no-one wants to run there, and CeFx has closed down.I was wanting to go up to battlefront a couple times this winter and run with some guys from the GR area.

Lipos last hundreds of cycles - so much bang for the buck! Why not go ahead and just buy the best one (SMC)?
For $40 bucks more you'll have a much bigger smile on your face!!!

Just curious here. Why 8 packs? That many cars running on the same day? Planning to run the same car pack to pack to pack? 8 just sounds like two class racing with nimh, the reason I am asking.
You do know that LIPO is just a repeak after use and run?You can do this all day and the battery will not change or erode?

Where are people buying their packs? and what are you paying?

Rc-mart seems like a good place.. just have to wait to get it from HK.

Orions are around me.. 2400s are cheap.. but the 3200s are $105 here.. so 2 packs of 3200 yeah from Rc-mart at $70 is a deal in my book.

i have two 3200s and one 3600. Ran the 3600 racing in mod 4wd offroad, plenty of power and punch. The 3200s ive ran in stock brushed and stock brushless, ALWAYS ran great and strong. These need get ROAR approved and they will be HAWT.

I am not sure how mod is mod..

but it was not 4 years ago everyone was still running 3300s .. and very few people could dump a good pack of matched cells.

with a lipo your supposed to get 30% longer out of them... I think a 3200 would be fine.. but you most likely need a full charge almost after a run.. not just a 10min re-peak.
