What lube works best for bearings?
Ok i've heard that the white lightning sometime leaves a wax film on the bearing surface and causes them to stick a little so what do you guys recomend?

I use molybdinum (not sure if I spelled that right) grease, and it works very well.

tricklosi;
I personally would NOT use White Lighting for Ball Bearings. It is designed more for sliding/rubbing applications.
Trinity Royal Oil (Purple) is one of the best out there for Bearings.
For Bushings, take your pick. All of the availible brands seem to work well.

well while were on the subject of bearing cleaning and maintance how about removing the old grease ? do you soak them in anything?

Try mineral spirits, it will cut the grease, but it will sink, so best if you can elevate the bearings, and let the old stuff, "drip" out.
