This is really bothering me
I know someone makes belt covers for belt driven rc cars, i just cant find them.
I found them before but i lost the bookmark.
Does anyone know who makes them?

I believe he is talking about some kind of protective guard that would seal the belt in from outside elements.

how about a losi xxx-s? they still sell them and a guy that races with me is still fast in his against all the current cars

I think the Losi XXX-S comes with a sealed belt system...the belts run in a tunnel down the center of the chassis with a lexan cover over the top I believe. I've never seen this on any of the current crop of TC's and am not aware of anyone producing aftermarket kits. Doesn't mean they don't exist tho! Good luck with the search.

There was a guy in Europe somewhere making lexan under body covers for the popular TC's of the time. This allowed you to also run in wet conditions. This was a few years ago. They were really trick. They were similar to the driver cockpit cover of the Ralley RS4 that cam out a few years ago.
I don't remember the website though.
If you run on a parking lot with many rocks a XXX-S would be the way to go. Or one of those Tamiya cars that have a full enclosed driver train.
