Default FT TC4 problem

My FT TC4's right rear cvd keeps coming off the cvd axle. The pin that holds them together goes missing. Even with threadlock on the set screw that locks down the pin. Any ideas? This has happened the last 2 times I have driven the car-so I'm guessing it will happen the next time.

Maybe the set screw is not reaching the pin. Try to assemble it without the axle part of it. When you put in the pin and tighten down the set screw can the pin still move? You could also try a different set screw as sometimes it just can't hold onto the pin anymore for whatever reason.
There is great need for a sarcasm font.

You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

Sometimes I post just to look at my avatar.

Try taking a small piece of cling wrap and put it around the CV joint. Heard this keeps the pin from falling out when the set screw fails. Used to happen all the time on the old AE GT.
