Marvi, don't worry on the hard arms unless you break one. I have original "soft" arms and they are still in great shape. He bought the conversion only to get all the toe blocks and 1-way and gear adapter at a better price than buying separately. If you can find a good used EVO it would be worth buying it for the swaybars, arms, universals etc. It would give you a load of spares. One of our locals picked up a NIP one on closeout for $200 and is waiting to get his 02 now.

Bodies CLK and Skyline the NSX is coming in DEC JP release Jan-Feb here in the US.

Larry PN#53588 is the .1, .2, .3 shim kit 10MM I think it is

Hebeki
I bought spares, and lots of stuff, yes it was about 500.00

THe kit was near 170.00 the sway bar set was about 8.00, the chassis stiffener was about 8.00 that would get you started. I boutght the parts bag and loads of ti screws, so the car and parts were about 350.00 with the blue conversion kit and flourine shocks.

I was under the impression that the alum. motor mount would allow for any pinion gear. Can someone confirm if this is true or not . If you cant chage to any pinion I won't even bother with this car.

I think you can use all of it, except for the motor mount.
According to Tamiya. You can actually slap a TB-02 tub to an EVO 3/Surikarn but you will need the TB02 motor mount.

The Motor mount and the aluminum steering parts won't fit. But still worth the price of the kit, just in the a, b, c, & d blocks and the one-way.

Default Q for Diffuser

Does the TB-02 come with the bal diff's like the TB EVO series kit or is it like the F201 series kit with 2 screws. What about the outdrives. are they made of steel or plastic?

Thanks

Izzy still waiting for my car from Fred but on Troys car it does have plastic outdrives that are different from any we have now the retaining ring is gone from the outside and the mold is different. The material could be better though we'll have to see. I hope to have mine by next week sometime. Other than that the diffs seem to be the same screw system the nut is held in place by a molded insert instead of the plastic piece now.

Q1: Does it come with dogbones or the universal shafts?

Q2: Do you know the part number on that SSG chassis stiffener and aluminum sterring bell cranks?

Thanks!

Izzy, here's the list of stuff I picked up for my Tee Bee Oh Too:

53680 TB-02 Aluminum Motor Mount
53677 TB-02 Stablizer Set F&R (they look just like the Evo3's)
53678 TB-02 Aluminum Racing Steering Set
53679 TB-02 SSG Carbon Center Plate

The rest of the stuff I'll just pilfer through whats left of my Evo3's after I convert them to blue

Hope this helps.

Thanks Rod. What about rear toe-in blocks? Can we vary the degrees of toe on the rear? Does it come with ABS plastic counterparts?
