The latest I spoke with TA's is still Yes for regular TCS but he might have to think about it for the Nationals.
I think he was influence by some unknown force within RC tech.

From what I last heard from Fred, Ye for regionals and more than likely Ne for the Nats. I think he needs to do one or the other, not both, and since it was allowed at some regionals, just let it go for nationals. But I think next season it shouldn't be legal. Again I ask, why make that legal when Torque rods aren't and neither are one-ways in Mini...

My main argument for the SS arms is that the TB-02, 414, EVO3, Surikarn, 415, and 04 all actually use those arms so I can't see why the TB-02 can't use them. They are all using the same ones no matter what the header card says. They already make it that the )4 has every advantage known to man. Tamiya already catters to that car for TCS and don't really seem to want any other car to be fast in GT2 especially. Well they can try that but at my TCS race 2 weeks ago my TB-02 was a lap faster than any 04 on GT2 and was 4 seconds faster than any GT1 car so I'm vindacated by that. Even with that plastic tub, overweight none adjustable motor mount I laid the smackdown on the over privalidged 04.

TFR

You're asking how the steering bellcrank assembly goes together, right? There's 2 screw holes on each bellcrank. You put the balls in the outer holes and the cross brace thing screws into the inner holes.

psycho,

I'm talking about the cross brace thing. Okay so it goes to the inner hole, with just screws? The cross brace hole is abit too big for the screw, is there some spacer to go with it too?

Ew. ok. I see what you're saying. I can't remember. I can look in the instruction when I get home. As I recall, there are either special screws or these little sleeves that go over the screw that fills up the slop

psycho,

Can you look this up for me when you get home? I would appreciated very much... It's kinda hard putting it together without the manual...

FYI: The TB02 Steering arms are different from the EVO 3 steering arms. There is no "Plate" for the TB02. The plastic tub reinforcement goes directly on top of the steering arms and post.

The kit bellcranks do bend, so it's not a bad idea to get the hopup ones. I just got my set.

TFR I'm leaving now, so I'll post in an hour or so.

There is a plastic piece that links the arms that goes undeneath and it uses King Pins (MB7) to secure
