Default Xray M18 Shaft Driven Micro

On the Xray website....

http://www.teamxray.com/teamxray/m_i...51262dda3905ed

Looks like this car will be fast out of the box...and leave HPI's micro in the dust..

Can't wait to get one...or two...

Wow- once again Xray has set the standard. I hope this will give 1/18 racing another chance. I would love to have a small place to race those cars around here...

It says around Christmas. Please note that HPI is not currently the only company producing 1/18 rc's. There are other brands out there producing cars which will beat a micro rather easily.

From what I read...it's now under pre-production... should be available just in time for Christmas shopping...

I know what I'll be getting this year.

I gotta admit, that one DOES look nice, I especially like the idea of a fully independent suspension, should work at least as well as a floating pod rear end. The only thing it may not have that I'd want are ball diffs.....

Looks great, but why didn't they adapt the shaft drive system onto the 1/12 T1M aswell?

probably less tooling cost... diffs, bulkheads and other parts are already available... was a matter of just downsizing the arms and other parts.

If a shaft drive 1/10 comes out... look to see the 1/12 to follow shortly...
