Hey John,
I'm STILL trying to figure out the whole 1/12 thing in general. A few people answered my post regarding the 1/12 by saying it's not meant to be a "competition" car.....
well at least with this 1/18 car I can see some technology changes and an obvious reason for it. I hope it helps revive the Micros.....I'll bet the HPI drivers are jumping for joy.

I am pretty pleased. I race 1/18 but I do not drive a micro anymore. I am very pleased with the new car. I am hoping that this generates increased revenues for all of the 1/18 rc manufacturers... HPI, Team Losi, BRP and WWS. The 1/18 class here has become progressively larger. We had our largest turnout last week with four heats at SoCal. Up up we go!

aside from the gear diffs.. A ball diff will probably be available as an option part....
my only other concern is adjustable wheelbase... for 140mm and 150mm bodies...

The car is very tunable...adjustable toe-in, down-stops, track width, body post, 5-6cell capable. etc....
