Default How to make drift tires?

Does anyone know how to make drift tires? I have a set of mismatch rims and they mesure just over 2 inches diameter, and abs pipe only comes in 2 inch. How should i make the rims a little smaller? After they ar the right size all I need to do is cut some pipe to 26mm wide correct? Then glue thm on with CA glue.

If it is the lip just shave the lip down and if its the actual rim put normal rubber tires on preferbally used and the put duct tape around them

I made a set and though there was no point in glueing them because they had such a tight fit and in the middle of a drift one tires slid off and caused the car to flip
