Anxious on the 416 are we?? No money till I have them done please!
Right now the Cyclone is still leading next out. I'll decide by weeks end and have the winner out in under 2 weeks.

T2 007......and I see that you also drive one (listed in sig.) so maybe there is already a template made.

Oh and by the way the EZ lipo plates are the best.

I thought it was a cool idea when I bought it but after using it I decided I could do the same thing on my setup board for free so I sold it while it was still a novelty
Nice to see a improved version of the original idea though.
in my haste i over stated it, my bad. (see thats how men do it)

One less thing to worry about now.
I think alot of us dial out the tweak without realizing it. It can be done, you just loose more good laps dailing IMO. Plus, flat chassis makes other setup changes more obvious because that variable is removed.

Ritchie...I was thinking about building a droop block that you would use right at the axle with this. The plate is very parallel and held to +/-.005 on thickness and you can put it on a good setup board and run the droop blocks right to the axles to where they are the most accurate.

Let me know what you think! (Gotta listen to the current 2008 ROAR paved Masters champion )

+1 for Cyclone. Lets see, we have 3 of them, so does that count as 3 votes?

Got mine last night. Very nice piece. Works very well for checking tweak and since it is so heavy it holds the car down nicely as you are working on it.

If I had a complaint it would be that the accurate droop setting is a bit of a stretch. The droop obviously reads different based on where you measure it on the arm. There is no groove or anything to hold the guage against so you know you are always reading it at the same place. With my ride height guage I was hitting the hold down pieces before it would actually measure unless I moved it to the very outside edge but then it kept wanting to slide off the edge.

kevin, sounds like a good idea, but i would like to talk in person so i can give a honest answer.

Or8ital, i have a couple ride height gauges, i just cut them shorter as i have never used the 1,2, 3mm part to measure anything
