you never know bro... chess is considered a sport... plus Archery, and Shooting is an olympic sport... and they also just stand still and squeeze their fingers... although they dont twist the wrist (unless they reload or clear the weapon) and they dont madly wobble their eyes about (unless they compare scores of the other shooters)... hehehehehe

peace!

is back, is the Penguin back doing his evil deeds again? I suppose no. Then I better get back to Wayne Manor to see what new gadgets to invent.

Curses! I knew when I was typing that that shooting and archery were going to be brought up!

OK, some other argument about how in RC racing the technology of the apparatus is more critical than the athleticism of the participant or something...after all, many, many drivers could win with the best car, but no driver could win with a terrible car...

hehehehehe... could have been worse bro... i'll be up in arms if i see the next olympics will have Spelling Bee as an olympic sport...

as for the point about many drivers could win with the best car but no driver could win with a terrible car, generally that is true... but there have been some notable exceptions.

Jeez guys, enough is enough. What is done is done. The cheaters were not caught, and the host officials didn't do a good job. The cheaters will not do good at the Worlds, because Tamiya is very strict there. They will make a fool of themselves. Same happened with the cheaters over here in the USA. The cheaters will always suck at the worlds and embarrass themselves. We had the same problem here in the US for years, but at least Fred and Tamiya USA are doing something about it. I just hope next years race will have less controversy.

Am still around.....

Personally, am just very disappointed with the officials' decision and lack of judgement.

I had high hopes of strict enforcement of rules and regulations as per previous TACs, but was utterly disgusted by the manner these officials carried out their duties.

I have always been a keen and avid supporter of Tamiya, TAC and respect for the officials....but after this whole mess... am not sure if I could get myself to run another TAC.

What happened to sportsmanship, integrity, honour and the love of the hobby?

I have been in this hobby for 25 years and never been this disappointed.

Default Hello machead2

Machead2, I think it is getting a habit of mine to post immediately after you. Why, I do not know, coincidence, maybe. I have also been accused of posting for the purposed of increasing my message counter. I must SWEAR that I do not CHEAT the counter. No it is not true, I post to AGREE and SHARE your point of view.

Your avid supporter.
