KO 949, Futaba 9650, JR 3650 are all excellent and probably the 3 most popular and are all good. The 9602 is good, but it's the same price as the 9650 which is digital. Just stay away from the Hitec 225 and you'll be fine.

It seems that several HiTec servos have centering issues (doesn't always come back to the same center point). YMMV.

Im using a hobbico brand mini servo I paid 15 bucks from Hobbytown.Dont let anyone tell you you have to get a high dollar servo for you 12th scale, unless you cant live without one.

That is one thing that I have learned over my short RC racing career, is not to cheap out on electronics, but that is just my opinion.
