I am curious what manufacturers has the lighest 17.5 brushless motor. Looking for a light on for the 1/12 and . The Team Orion Vortex, and the Team Trinity Duo's cans look hogged out more then any other manufacturers but I can't find the weight of them.

Thanks Tyler

I think the Orion 17.5 is the lightest. It is about 3mm shorter than most motors. I have one and it's definately lighter than the Novak, Hacker, LRP and Tekin motors.

I sold the Novak and LRP. But if I get the chance I'll weigh the Orion and Tekin. If you have the time I'm sure they post the weights on the Novak site. Maybe even the LRP site too.

Trinity motors are about 8-12 grams lighter than most other units.....
