novaks 17.5 comes with a black end bell ring, they also come with a yellow ring, are both motors roar legal or just the one with the yellow ring, same question for 13.5and 10.5


lrps also have a rings, only the colored ring motor legal?

All of the Novak spec motors are ROAR legal. The ones without the colored rings (designated by ROAR) were manufactured prior to the ROAR spec motor ruling. However, all motors have been built to the existing specifications.
