Default SOREX vs VTEC vs SWEEP

Hi Guys
I need New set of Rubbers for carpet Track ...
Currently I'm on Sorex 24Rs But They have Many tiny cracks on inside of the Dishes ...
Vtecs I know the best Tyres But My previous Sets Lost their Balances in very Short Time almost all wheels Bended ...
Sweep 24Rs noot comes Glued and some people says dishes cracks easily...

Please give me some idea
Thanx in advance

In door or Out door carpet ?

If in door use SOREX 28R , Out door 36R
with Orion JB Foam
& Paragon ground effect

The reason why the Sweeps don't come glued is to lower cost to the customer and also the customer can change the inserts to sute track conditions. The MMR Sweeps are a long lasting tire, and the new Low Hight Series are coming this fall for carpet.

Is there an outdoor carpet track?
anyway its an indoor carpet low traction ...
its gonna be 24r but sorex or vtec I ' m not sure...
Sweep should glue them up cos I know many people go for another brand because of that ...
personally I've never glued tyres before and not fancy to do
is there any way to rebalance badly unbalanced wheels?

I was down at speedworld raceway in California a few weeks back and they were testing inserts and rims on their sorex tires. It looks like that speedworld USA the importer for Sorex tires since 2000 is finally coming out with their pre-mounts. Billy said they have been working on this for a few years now. I do not know the insert or wheel but it will be an awesome combo he said. He did say they are working on using a high quality insert and rim so it will be a fast and good wearing combo. The testing was very promising and show good wear and consistent lap time he said. The times were fast on the first run and have proven to be as fast or faster on the second and third run. I think Moberly was testing a lot of combo's over the last 6 months and for the Reedy he said and that this will be if not the best pre-mount combo that has been out in years from any tire company..

More track time and you can actually test different things on the car and know your battery and motor will run the same as it did the pack before.........

Of the 3 tires you mentioned Sorex is the best one but only for few runs (2 maybe 3)
Vtec are ok tire but there is huge difference between 1st and rest runs. You can do easily 6 runs with them
Sweep can last easily 6 runs with very similar lap times.

So if you need a tire to be fast choose sorex, if you need one for consistency use sweep

There are 2 styles of rims out there I believe, they are distinguished between the wording on the face of the wheel, The wording 'Muchmore' has the brittle wheels, and the wheels with the wording 'SWEEP' are the newer version, which are made of a different material. If you look inside where the hex is, its has more material around the hex, and the spokes are made up differently, also the centres wont pop out.

I've got some Sorex 24R but they also came with different rims than before Rev-Lite sign on the front
Still says Schumacher inside of the rim But I don't know what to expect now
And One of the Them tyres was 70% not Glued !

Always prefered sorex 24 indoors, as for outdoors the 28 seem to be a good tyre, although I have cracked one wheel once.

I usually found the LRP Vtec to wear too quickly outdoors but to be quite good indoors

Not tried the sweep tyres yet.
