Default Saving Sanyo 3300's

my sanyo 3300's are turning into 3000's is there a way to save the battery from droping like this?

Try discharging them down to 0.0v with a tray and let it rest a couple of days and fully charge them up again. Do this twice within a week will help revive some potentials but no guarantees as the Sanyo cells aren't that good to begin with.
