Default Pit Table help

Does anyone know of someone that makes a nice size piece of plexi glass with nice edges that can be used on a pit table. I would love to have something a little bigger than my Hudy setup board that was not as thick and was clear? Not sure it belongs in this forum but this is where i hang out so I am asking here. Thanks

Just go to your local signwriter or shopfitters.
They should be able to tell you where to get what you want.

You could even try home depot, I had to do a project for school and I got like 6 pieces of plexiglass cut to the exact size I want right in the store and it cost less than 15 bucks

Joneser-e-mail me-I might have a connection for you in town. I know he has large sheets of acrylic in different thicknesses.

Default Set-up Board help

I use a 1/4" thick piece of Tempered Glass, taken from a old entertainment center. Then put a 1/4" piece of HD Foam on the bottom.

Flat, doesn't warp and isn't any heavier than the Wood ones. (just don't drop it)

I just use a piece of Tile i found, its really hard so. but plexiglass looks good since u can see through it. Also the Carbon fiber is really nice, but its $$$. Its really nice though.

Any of the big home improvement warehouses should sell plexi, or if you go to a glass shop, they will likely carry it as well. They should be able to cut it to size for you, or you can do it yourself with almost any type of saw, provided you use fine teeth (metal cutting size)
