Those are equal to 27 turn. A 10.5 is equal to a 19 turn. I agree a 11.5 is around a 23 turn. 23 turn motor are not really considered stock motors.

17.5 = 27T, 10.5 = 19T, 13.5 somewhere in between.

A 13.5 will be the closest. A great 13.5 is as fast as a "good" 19t

13.5 = 23t. (as stated on the back of the novak 13.5 package),however speedpassion sells a 11.5 that is said to be equal to a 23t

Dunno why some think a 13.5 is equal to a 27t, 13.5 is much faster

In our championship, 11.5 and 13.5 run together, without any superb advantage between them.
Someguy change from Roche 11.5R to LRP 13.5R then still could fight to A-main podium.
But the TQ guy of last race was using a brushed 23T car.
Of course this situation was just happening between, on a small and tight concrete track, like ours.
If this situation is happening on the big and bity traction tracks like Malaysia, Thailand, Korea or Japan, it can't be the same, isn't it?
Anyway i think brushless could not compare with brushed, even 11.5 or 13.5 in the any situation.
I am running 11.5 with 5 cells facing with 6 cells, i don't feel the major disadvantage. I am convinced if the case was on the 23T with 5 cells could not be the same, brushless have more average behaviour.

23turn = between 21.5 and 17.5
19turn = 17.5 now
13.5turn = around 9 or 10 turn modified

Brushless motors are much faster than the beginning of it's inception.
