in terms of battery placement, i think yokomo copy schumacher as schumacher has the very first chassis with one side battery. schumacher always has it very own design.

Very nice looking car. Its a shame that the first thing people do when a new touring car comes out is play the "thats a copy of yadayadayada's car" Three words for those people...

LET IT GO!!!

You remember when the XXX-S prototype first came out. "that looks like a yokomo copy".....when the Mission came out "that looks like a yokomo copy".......hell when the EMaxx came out....."that looks like a yokomo copy!" Well maybe not the Emaxx, but apparently, everything else in R/C is a yokomo copy!

Anyway........that is a nice looking car.

I'm not saying that there are no cases of obvious copying in the industry. But, I just don't think its happening in the TC class. At least not as much as most people make out.

well..ppl say it looks like a yokomo car because of how yokomo had its batteries lined up...but yokomo uses a tube chassis instead of graphite...so..no matter how the misson or xxx-s look like the yokomo, it is still very very different.

I think the main thing was looking at the computer generated graphics of the Mission that made it look very "Special" like. The motor and spur placement, battery placement, shock tower design, stuff like that. Once it came out, all the carbon fiber made it look different. Well let me go... gotta race my XXX-S later on!! My "Special" is on the back shelf..

do you see the word copy anywhere in my post?

What I meant was that if you took those cars and shoved them together, they would look like that car. Never did I say it was a "copy" of another car.

If you shoved them all together you would get a 12 wheel, 3 motored, 3x6 battery ran car

Hi Guys,

is it me, or does the car looks like it has the rear belt drive pulley on one side of the spur and the the front belt drive pulley on the other side of the spur? Or is both belt in front of the spur? (picture is kinda blurry) If I remember correctly, Yokomo has both belt behind the spur right? Looks like a very nice car to me. I had a Voggered myself before, and it performed well for its time, but I had problems with the driveshafts and also the shocks
