The hand held programmer is a little clumsy, but it works fine. I already was used to my novak pit wizard, so it didn't scare me. I took a look at the software, and it looks much easier to use. Too bad my laptop doesn't have a serial port.

If they come up with a usb cable, i'm there. You can download the software for free from KO here: http://www.kopropo.com/VFS_MGR.EXE

I hear that it isn't a straight through cable though. Making one on your own wouldn't be wise because there is a circuit or some electronic doo-hicky thingys in there. I don't feel technical right now.

the PC interface works great! you see all the changes you make instantly. and can be saved for later use or downloaded to your handheld programmer.

I tried to make my own cable..but decided to hold off and get the KO cable...good thing I did...there was no doo-hickys but plenty of what-cha-ma-callits thingies and circuits in there....

serial/usb cable adapter... don't know how well these work..but worth a shot if you don't have a seriel port..

All the HS I used to go in Taiwan before were very expensive and were not very competition oriented..But I found one (thanks to a Taiwanese RCTECH member ) which is specialized in Electric touring cars, only carries SD, 415 et pro4....
A set of Sorex is $15, this is not such a low price but since I don`t pay the shipment it is quite cheap too...

Here are Ko Propo's starting points.

You'll have to adjust for your track conditions.

actually I pay here 12euros for a set of 4 tires, so I guess it must be something like US$8-9for a pair,
$15 a pair is almost what we pay in France....
