Zombie, what do you mean you have a cable almost made? After talking to Robert, he said it wasn't just a direct connection between the 3 wire cable and the PC, that there were some small diodes and another circuit in there. Otherwise I was just going to go make my own as well.

I Know, I was going to just buy a 9 pin connector and wire harness and be done with it, but Robert told me he had opened up one of the connectors once to see what made it tick and there was more to it then just a straight connection. There is a diode and several chips inside of the serial cable. I just appreciate Robert for letting me know this.

It's been listed on shop a tron for under $60, which is not a bad deal at all. I need to get one mysely, but instead I decided to get the hyper booster first and borrow someone's handheld for the time being

I am planning to buy a VFS2000 the next month from Japan.
Is it possible to send it to KO USA if I have a problem since there is no real support for KO products in my country?
Thanks

Gilles

ya the easiest thing is going to be downloading from their website, click on support, then VFS-2000 Manager.

rc-zombies: Um, well, it is very easy as far as working the program. the Hz setting should be self-explanatory, and as far as Rx and Tx from and to the Speedo, it is the same as with the handheld device. um...that should be about it, saving and loading settings from the computer should be self-explanatory also,

any other questions, just ask.

Default cover all your bases :)

i use it all.. two caps on the esc.. shotski and the booster.

havent tried using two boosters at once? im sure at one point you'll go past the point of diminishing returns.

I ran the booster last night for the first time, and I did leave the Shottki on, just in case. I'll be talking to Robert when he gets back from the Birds.
