Default NOVAK GTB

Hi everyone,
I am sorry for creating a new thread. I would like to ask if I can use a different brand of brushless motor for the GTB? Can a SpeedPassion brushless motor be use with the GTB or it must be a Novak's brushless motor? Thanks. Hope you guys can help.

You can use any manufacturer's sensored motor, down to 3.5T with the Novak GTB controllers. The sensor harness pin configurations are the same.

Any problems with using other brand's sensorless motors?

Is the cooling that much better on the GTB SS?

Won't work, you CANNOT use a sensorless motor with the GTB, unless it's in brushed mode, that sensor harness MUST be plugged for the GTB to even know it's connected to anything, & it must know it's connected for it to run....
