Default 10.5 brushless optimal gear ratio

Currently running the motor at abt 5.5 FDR. Wonder what is the lowest FDR a 10.5 can take for 1/10 car, assuming ESC and battery can support it.

I run a 4.79 with rubber tires and nimh with a losi 10.5 in a type R.

Its ballistic and with timing on medium and no drake brake it only temps in after a run at about 160 degrees f.

With drag brake i would gear it up to a 5.0.
