YES!!!!

In theory once you set the car to the track, you must set the driver to car with the radio.

The radio can reduce wheel scrub around corners by adjusting EPA, D/R and Servo throw speed and return speed. The radio does alot for adjusting throttle break profiles to make the most of the traction. You as a driver must find the right settings.

If you use your radio as a crutch for an ill handling car there is more than a second that needs to be made up.

If you are running house transponders

get a buddy to run an extra transponder of your number. You can do the same for him too. By then end of the race both of you are looking at double the laps compared to the "slow, not-in-the-know"

Hudy's arm reamer gives .1 a lap. Makes the arms smooth like butter.

A new car also. I just love the smell of a new car...............................

you guys make fun if you want, i ran a yokomo bd for a couple of years, had it dailed, consider a local fast club racer, lots of wins, switched to the Mi3 last year and used a combo of randy casters and welyn roses reedy setup and went from 12.7 fastest lap ever with the yok to first run first battery of 12.4with the Mi3 and i thought it drove like crap, made adjustments to get it to fit my driving and went slower, so i learned to drive a crap car and ended up second in class at roar paved nats. (turns out it was me not the car)
