Why are people so afraid of something that looks different and perhaps works a little better than the rest?

I have no problem with the design, it reminds me of aerodynamically tested race oriented body. Come to think of it, this would look great on some dish wheels.

ok, did i stir the pot up enough?

Me too. I think it looks good, besides i do not really care what it looks like, as long as it is fast!

The car has the front of a sedan but the midsection reminds me of a GTP mixed with Porsche design. Notice the up cruve on the doors. Subtle downforce generators there before the air hits the trunk deck.

I like it, becuase it looks like it works.

If I had to explain how that shell looks it would be "A Mclaren F1 gone horribly, horribly wrong"...

Slowly, through time we have seen bodyshells from the 90's look less and less like Sedans/touring cars... We call them "scale saloons" why bother these days... lol.

And for me, that sucks, period. Can anyone relate to at least HALF of the current legal bodyshells by watching the WTCC/BTCC????

Audi A4, Ford Mondeo, Nissan Primera, Volvo S40, BMW, Vauxhall/Opel -Vectra/Cavalier....

all long gone in favour of what makes a car handle better.

*rant over* lol.

Will def have to look at picking one of these up. I have a LX250 and in certain conditions it really is fantastic.

Although its no-where even close to GBS rules those only apply to our National and top-level series here in the UK, so I can use it at club meetings and regionals etc

As an Aero specialist I don't particularly care what it looks like (regardless of that, I think it looks fantastic anyway). Nope it doesn't look like a road car....... but if it works and it's quicker, I'll use it in the races where I'm allowed.
