here's my tip for meshing 64dp gears...

say you WANT to fit a 34 pinion...fit a 35 so that it's tightly meshed (turns but no play), remove the 35 and fit the 34...perfect...

+1 on the Kimbrough... I have 2 of them from a tc3 when they first came out and they are still fine, bulletproof
