finally finished off my F-103 body. i didnt want to waste the Type-T body i have on the possibility that the Tamiya Series might have a F-103 class next year, i went with an old Rahal Hogan Lola T94/00 Indycar body which i modified to fit a standard wheelbase F-103 chassis... since the Lola shell only fits a long wheelbase 103L...

Liljohn, I agree with what you’re saying. These cars look awesome on the track. I just have allot of old cars that have been sitting around in boxes. I decided to put them together because they look better built then they do in the box.

Hey Gary, Bob’s right. D-Drive has that sticker sheet specifically for the M. S. Jordan. I put the link below for reference.

For those with newer bodies, I will have the remains of This sheet after I use only the BMW and some of the tire logos for sale or trade when I'm done. For anyone considering buying stickers, these are really really nice.

Let's see... Corally has a new one, MLP has 3 coming soon. I've driven the new V103...very fast. The Alphas (2008 F1 champs) will have their own website to buy them from soon. Hyperdrive still makes a limited run from time to time. Rcindycars are still selling ( I like the Spitfire) .None of these cars need any hopups, they are plenty fast out of the box. The Tamiya F103RM is on the market now. Check with www.d-drivesportsenglish.com for info on Cross, TRG, And other F1 cars out there. Tons of hopups for these cars. Also look at "the border" which is listed here a page or two back for the website. A very good supplier for F1 stuff. Lots of deals on ebay for older F103's, Duratrax, and F201's. Plenty out there for F1 when you are ready..

thanks bro. my ride will get its first run in anger this saturday at our track...

try to check both the trim of the ESC and the trim of the radio... maybe the setting for the brakes is very minimal as it is... might be the cause of the lack of brakes on your car...

Tommi, looks great, though it does look very indi.. but hey.. nice and indi is still good

Your name reads more like you should be an F1 driver from Finland not on a msg board from the Philippines

Your track - running what? indoor outdoor carpet or asphalt? If you said this and I missed it sorry.

Does anyone else who races here do the 1/12 ride height mod to the car?

IF you don't and want to know what it is.. I can explain.

James

It says the ride height is adjustable. How do you adjust the front ride height?

The rear is adjustable. The front isn't.

Tommi,

Well I got home from work today and decided I’d finally put some more time in on the Williams FW-18 I started last weekend. I finished the rear wing and a couple other little bits and pieces. I still have to paint up the cockpit and add some a few more little details that I’ve been thinking about. I thought I’d post up the pics of the progress thus far.

Here's some pics with the wheel and tires finished up.
