What motor are you using there? It looks like a EZrun type of brushless?
Which BL is suitable for use 103rm to not affect handling?

its a speed passion 3300. speed passion makes a kit SPECIFICALLY for F1 racing. a local is the only authorized dealer for speed passion in USA. i got the kit for $100. for EVERYTHING! im sure you have heard the speed passion kits come with a computer you can program the esc with...

handling is something i am waiting on my rear diff for. i have a f103GT and the F1 wheels wont fit the GT hexes. once mine come in from RCmart, i will be tuning for a while!

with 20R's, on a normal street and D/R of about 5.5 it was VERY hard to control. but i had no body, no spoiler, or front diffuser. i am sure once i get the right wheels on, (i have the front and rear spoiler, and body and under diffuser) im sure it will be a GREAT experience.

i have found the secret to make a F103GT be able to become an F1!

What aftermarket wings can actually take some punishment? I've ordered the new TRG Advance wing sets hoping they are better than their original set. It didn't take much to break them.

they are VERY movable. but the plastic that they are molded from seems to be pretty pliable. i am more concerned about stability than it breaking. its quite easy to move.

anyone know the spring rate for the TRF shock? i cant find it anywhere. i want something a little stiffer, but i need that spring rate as a starting point.

i know its 27-30mm...

I really hope they release that body! The Sauber would be nice too. I prefer the look of the low nose F1 bodies. I wish Tamiya would start pushing out alot of the older bodies instead of making us wait for them. They already have the molds, it's just a matter of spitting bodies out!

I just hope there is more material around the body mount hole in the new ones. I had a set of the white ones and they would droop under load and snapped right at the molding seam right at the hole. The new design takes the upper vain all the way to the middle. The pictures sure look better, but I won't know until I try them.

Hey RtypeC, I think you might be right on the money with that one. The only problem I foresee is it's probably going to include a generic sticker set. But that is a great body to work other early 90ís paint schemes on. If youíre interested I have a dozen or so of the Lotus 107b Tamiya sticker sheets if you're interested. Shoot me a pm and we can work something out. Iím down for getting a few of them to run.

I really think the Corally body looks like this in a lot of ways, but it has the driver head formed in it. Makes me wonder what car they actually used for their mold.
